brings her warmth, compassion and enthusiasm to every class she has
been a certified Kundalini teacher since 2003 and committed to being
healthy,happy and available to all.
Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Awareness. It is a profound healing
technology. It clears the mind and opens the heart. Kundalini Energy is
like serpent that is coiled at the base of the spine and when awakened
opens the door to your potential and your radiance. Kundalini Yoga
unifies mind, body, and spirit. It gives us the tools we need to bring
about changes needed for our survival. Through the practice of
Kundalini Yoga you can gain greater understanding of yourself, build
strength and confidence, and become the person you came here to be.
Naam Meditation connects you with the pure healing energy of the
universe. In order to change personal challenges and health troubles,
we must alter the process of thought that brings the crystallization of
consciousness into different forms of matter and action. Naam
meditation done daily changes unhealthy patterns and protects you
against danger. Naam meditation is fun, energizing and will change your
life in extraordinary ways.
We are here at a fantastic time in the history of humankind the
"Aquarian Age"; these times are turbulent and can be extremely
disturbing. Maura's classes will give you the tools to deal with
yourself, family, friends, co-workers and the powerful changes that are
accruing all around us and the world.
Each class consist of warm ups, a yoga set, naam meditation, chanting
and relaxation. The classes usually run 1 1/2 hours.
