Maura's Biography

Graduating with an Art Degree in 1986 Maura became interested in home improvement. She started her career working as an art consultant in Washington D.C. After studying interior design she returned to Boston with a new sense of purpose and began her journey into self discovery. Her introduction came with a class in Feng Shui studying with Stanley Bartlett, of Bartlett Designs in Vermont, Black Sect practitioner and student of Denise Linn Maura also took Denise Linn’s Soul Couching training . The next piece led Maura to California were she received a certificate as an Environmental Consultant with at David Kopec of Ende' Solutions, San Diego, CA. Maura is presently studying Environmental Design and Green Energy Living this timely information helps busy people live healthier and creates balance in our fast pace and stressful lives. Maura uses dowsing to find health and environmental problems; she has been dowsing for eight years after studying with her dowsing mentor Raymon Grace of West Virginia.

All of the work came together while Maura was practicing Kundalini Yoga. “It has sustained me and raised my awareness”. Getting certified as a Kundalini Yoga teacher was the greatest accomplishment to date the teachings of Yogi Bhajan Ph.D. and the mind, body, spirit connection is the root of all her work. According to Yogi Bhajan being, “Healthy, Happy and Holy is our Birthright”. Maura has also been practicing Naam Yoga a beautiful combination of Kundalini Yoga and ancient Universal Kabbalah which works with sound current and mantra to heal the body. We all deserve to be happy and peaceful. Maura makes her home on Cape Cod a beautiful place were she has the best of both worlds; ocean and city less than one hour away.


Maura works with private home-owners, office spaces and restaurants using her unique blend of Feng Shui and healing to harmonize and heal your space.
